This was my first game when i was 10 years old...

When I was a child I didn't know how to create an email account or have a USGN, there was a special MMORPG type pokemon server that you could buy your own house but of course only if you were a USGN user... I kindly met someone who He wanted to give me his "ESCARABAJO" account, and I've still been using it, whoever you are, thank you so much.


CS2D was really part of my childhood, and they were magical moments of discovery and fun.

It's very cool how such a niche freeware game can have such a big impact on so many people from around the world. Special thanks to user DC for keeping the us website and services online; especially considering he's a one-man team and you have triple-A game studios leaving their games and services to abandonware status a few years after releasing, when they can't milk more cash out of it.

Reading the post made me want to comment. I remember playing this game back in second grade before going to school, and now I'm a university student who doesn't play anymore but still checks the website. I've spent many hours on construction, zombies, and city life servers. I want to take this opportunity to thank @user DC: for creating the game that was a big part of my childhood

My first interaction with USGN is someone giving their account to me ( which didn't last long, they changed the password of it I believe)
interesting to think that this game, for how long it lasted, still has some activity to this day. though it may not be popular currently, perhaps, just perhaps, there will be a final surge in popularity soon

Seems like its pretty dead.
Wanted to say some last thankfully words.
This game and the "smaller" community shaped my childhood.
I've been 14 years old when I created my account and was playing long time before that.
I remember many of the coolest clans and players (more competition) there has been.
Some to mention was clans like wF (war Fighter), sH (Soul Hunters), storm and many more.
Also many cool players I still had/have contact long time after cs2d.
Big thanks to DC, who still manage this website and the games lol.
